Users must provide accurate, complete, and valid documents for verification. Any false or misleading information may lead to rejection or cancellation of the DSC application.
All payments made on eFillSignatures.com are final. Refunds are only applicable if the DSC application is not processed due to a technical or verification issue from our end.
We value your privacy. All personal data and documents submitted are used solely for DSC issuance and are protected under strict data security measures in accordance with Indian IT laws.
All Digital Signature Certificates issued through our authorized CA partners are valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and recognized by all government and legal authorities in India.
eFillSignatures.com shall not be held responsible for delays, rejections, or misuse of DSCs once issued. Users are responsible for the safe use and storage of their DSC and USB token.
