Refund and Cancellation Policy – eFill Signatures

At eFill Signatures, we strive to provide fast, secure, and hassle-free Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by eFill Marketing, including but not limited to:

  • Users may request cancellation before the DSC application is submitted to the Certifying Authority (CA).
  • Once the DSC application is submitted or DSC is issued, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the application is not processed due to technical errors or verification issues from our side.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment confirmation.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the transaction.

3.Non-Refundable Cases

  • Payments made for DSCs that are successfully issued and delivered.
  • Rejections due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid documents submitted by the user.
  • Delays caused due to external factors like Certifying Authority processing time or government portal issues.
